Up to eight Frequency and eight Severity classifications may be defined.  The Risk Matrix may be automatically configured using either of two standard formulae, or alternatively a customised grid can be constructed as illustrated below.  Risk factors can optionally be colour-coded for easy visual identification when scanning through the data file and printed reports.
